Just imagine all the money and brainpower that has been spent. There must be something more worthwhile spending it on. The USA has got so many people living in poverty and they have no NHS. They are the only major country not to have an NHS. Not too sure about China though.

The republican Americans believe that an NHS would be a step towards communism. That is just a smokescreen, American doctors, hospitals and medical insurance companies would lose a lot of profit/business.
