Bah humbug here's the sun
Maybe i'm an old grump. But am i the only one who hates this heat?. I burn like a lobster even with factor 50. Not keen on bbq's the heat they chuck out and flys buzzing round your food . I just want to sleep all the time.
Roll on Autumn i say !!!

I keep out of the sun when it is this strong, I just get too hot.

Excellent bobbi . You could always try rubbing some salt over yourself and bake your skin like crackling that would be brilliant.

Can't get out on my patio at the moment as full of scaffolding and builders! Hopefully they will be finished in a couple of weeks, and I bet the weather changes!

I'm finding the heat a bit sickly atm, think its to do with my age plus the fact the catkins are falling off the oak trees and all the garden furniture are covered in them, been pulling them off my clothes and hair. They make a right bl00dy mess in the garden, even blow through the open windows
