Kiwis have quite a dry sense of humour (try watching Flight of the Conchords if you don't believe me) so they might not be taking this quite as seriously as you think. Nonetheless, you'd think it was a ref's job, and that of linesmen, to be alert to forward passes, wouldn't you? Even if the ABs (and conceivably even England) have got away with them before doesn't mean it's ok that it should happen again; they should all be picked up by competent officials who are being paid to do precisely this.

Tit for tat! France was on to a try when there was a deliberate 'penelty' from the NZ guy shoulder barging a man without the ball. Swings and rounderbouts!
