It happened to me aswel, I just went back into my profile and re-loaded it.....

They have reduced the maximum picture size to 10 thingummys. If yours was bigger out it went.

Ah, it has to be GIF, whatever that means.

I right clicked and selected 'open with paint', then saved it but specified from a drop down list that it should be saved as GIF.

I suspect photos might go over the 10 thingummy limit.
