Sometimes I cannot see what is directly in front of my face, I'll give you that.

But I am by nature a trusting person and think the best of someone rather than the worst.

I'm just curious as to why anne is asking. I'm not bothered about any other intrigue or subterfuge.

This imbecile has actually figured out that it wasn't Anne. When she said sincerely last week it wasn't her, I believed her. Her name was just one of about a dozen names bandied around. You can't blame me for wondering though, surely.

We probably all talk to people who have stabbed us in the back but are unaware of it.

It takes a certain type of nastiness to do what was done. A sneaky underhand sort of spitefulness. surprised

The sort that will smile at you why they stab you in the front. confused

There was one who was around but was conspicuous by his absence. I watched him and it was several days before he said anything to you. confused
