Commentators and Pundits
Now the season has finished is it not time for a clearout of some of the tv commentators and pundits that are a blight on this great game. Is it really necessary to have two commentators on each game, in order that when the lead draws breath the second keeps going so that there is no break in the commentary. With the live referees feed surely most of us are capable of working out what is happening without the verbal overdose.I would not advocate going back to dear old Bill McClaren style commentary but would suggest that more is not always better. What does anyone else think?
As for the pundits, do we really need whinging Davis, and I'm the greatest ever centre Guscott, surely we deserve better, and what on earth is Austin Healey doing at these matches, and don't start me on the female trying to stick a micophone up the player;s noses at the end of the game.
Who would you like to see commentating and who would you get rid of.
