Rules about rugby injury

Can someone tell me how long you are not supposed to play rugby for when you have been knocked out (15 secs at most last Sat). I was told it was 3 weeks but want to clarify this as want to play next Sat which will be 2 weeks since. I have had no repercussions from it, no headaches etc and am 18. Thanks
