Why are some of the games played away from France? i.e Scotland vs NewZealand at Murrayfield??

the answer is for so far that I know, is that Wales and Scotland have supported France to host the world cupunder the condition tha some of the games could be played at cardiff and Murrayfield, that is also why teir where no games at wembley because England id not gave teir supportto France
