Big rubber band thingy

Does anyone know what this thing is called. Its used to strengthen muscles when you have injured yourself. I need it to build my arm for softball and not sure what they call it, so cant buy it. I think they might use it in pilates?

Can be called all sorts, aerobic band, yoga band, pilates band

It is a theraband. It comes in different colours which reflect different resistance. When I underwent phsio I started out on a Red Theraband, which is the one with the least resistance. Hope this helps!
