The Two Minute Warning

What happens at the 2 minute warning? Do the Officals just tell the teams 2 minutes to go or are there any rule changes

It normally gets shown on the giant tv screens(stadium clocks which act as the official time) before the end of the 2nd 1/4 (halt-time) & the end of the 4th 1/4.
