Japan GP 2008 - why was Bourdais penalised?

Why was Sebastian Bourdais penalised 25 seconds and thus handing Massa 7th place and an extra GP point to closese the gap over Hamilton to 5pts?
It seemed to me that Bourdais had the inside line as he was exiting the pit lane and Massa tried to cut into a gap that wasnt there.

This is getting embarrising now .

The stewards appear to be in the pockets of the Ferrari outfit
I really beleive that there is colluision by the stewards and Ferrari , to stop Mclaren winning the championship .

I bet if the Ferrari engine blows up next race , they will find some reason to pin the blame on McClaren
