Strangely worded question because how do you judge longest when most courses are oval.

I'd say the Rowley Mile racecourse at Newmarket is the longest because you can run 2m 2f Cesarewitch Handicap over the course with only the one turn - it has a 10 furlongs (1 1/4 mile) straight.
