I'd say the answer you're looking for is Aintree (Liverpool). The Grand National course (as opposed to the Mildmay course) is 2 mile 2 furlongs.
Newmarket's Rowley Mile is difficult to judge though because they can run the Cesarewitch over 2m 2f with just the one turn as it is a dog-leg as opposed to an oval. The Town Plate can be run over 4 miles at Newmarket because it starts near the National Stud and then joins on to the Rowley Mile course.
