Flat Racing Championship 2007

Is anyone else of the same opinion as myself that there was collusion on the very last day of the Flat Jockey's Championship. Spencer rode two well-backed horse Gull Wing and Pippa Greene - neither of whom were ever put in the race with a winning chance. Then, coming to the very last race of the season, Sanders' horse is withdrawn and Spencer's horse just happens to win - what happened to Stewards inquiries. Why was no one asked for explanations regarding the performances of the above-mentioned horses?

I don't think anybody is of the same opinion. What would be the benefit to Spencer of Gull Wing and Pippa Greene getting beaten when he has been flogging all over the country trying to win every race possible. Gull Wing was short of room and had to be switched but that was a competitive listed race. Pippa Greene was fancied for the November Handicap but this was a tough race for an inexperienced 3yo and they just went too quick on ground that was firmer than he'd like. As for the last race Spencer was on the favourite Inchnadamph who was fully entitled to win on his 5th in the Cesarewitch and did so by an easy 8 lengths. He was terrific value. Sanders' horse was pulled out because of the firm gound but would have been one of the outsiders anyway.

Who do you think need to explain something?
