Getting back in shape

hi all,
i'm avarage built, not overweight, within my BMI, and i eat healthy... however...
i would like to get toned more as i feel i'm a bit "flabby"

what excersizes would you suggest for me to tone my arms, abs and butt?
also, is there any supplements that would help you get toned quicker in combination with a good excersize routine?

hi sportschat, i think if you start doing at least 30 min cardio a day (4 or 5 times a week) for 2 weeks, and after that you start doing weight training on the areas you are concerned about that should do the trick... i hope this helps. :)
