I think its a good idea because certified personal trainers provide structure and accountability, this helps you develop your routine and see results.

Definitely. I've not seen mine for two weeks and I am much lazier and unstructured without him. I've also had the best results as he keeps me focused and he obviously tailors my exercise regime to my own requirements and abilities.

It all depends how disciplined you are. You don't need one if you keep to your routines & go regulary, its if you are not disciplined then having PT is good, coz its costing you money each time. Plenty of them about
