Has any professional golfer been penalised in a competition for having too many clubs in his bag?

Ian Woosnam was docked two strokes at The Open in 2001 when he found he had fifteen clubs during the final round.
As it is, he finished joint third and had prize money of 141,667.
If he hadn't had the penalty, he'd have been second and would have won 360,000.
Bizarrely, he didn't sack the caddy until two weeks later when he got plastered and missed a tee-off time.
