hi betty-70, you are correct...
This is for a number of reasons.
1) The greens have yet to be tainted with many footsteps, ball-marks, etc.
2) The greens have not had the chance to be sun-hardened resulting in slower speeds.
3) An early morning dew can reduce the amount of break in putts.

i think its coz no chance for at the golfclub... after lunch the throws out the putting skills
