The new handicap difference in singles is now full instead of 3/4.
Does anyone know the ruling for foursomes, is it still 1/2 combined
handicaps or has that gone to full difference?

It depends on the CONGU recommendation. The organizing committee of any competiton sets the handicap allowance. In Foursomes this can be 3/8 or 1/2. The last match we played in Foursomes it was 1/2 the difference of combined handicaps. Have a look at the CONGU web site. It has all the recommendations on there.
