Promotions and relegations have been lost on this. To rely on a man who cant be everywhere at the same time and equally the same for the 2 assistant refs is ludicrous.
I do get the 'that was a stonewall penalty' and 'that was definitely over the line' aspect as a spectator.

For all the time taken out the game with diving and cheating they would be as well utilising that time to adopt the system Rugby has, with has had huge success.
And on that subject a mic'd ref wouldnt go wrong either as the back chat shown by footballers shows a lack of discipline and respect -something rugby players arent guilty of.
