Only three Man Utd players have scored hat tricks in World Cup Qualifiers: Tommy Taylor, Bobby Charlton and Bryan Robson. However, Taylor never scored in Final smatch. Paul Scholes scored a hat trick in a European Championshi[p Qualifier and a World Cup Finals match. David Platt, who was once on United's books, fits the bill, but he never actually played for United and was certainly not with them when he was playing for England.
