Each player starts with 501 or 301 etc and the first to reduce his score to zero wins. You do this by striking triangle segments of different values around the board. The small circle in the middle (Bulls eye) is worth 50 points.

The quickets player to check out 501 or 301 depending on the game. You also need to finish on a double in order to win the game.
