the Monument winners

From what country were the first three cyclists to win all five Monuments in a career?

Belgium.
Rik van Looy won one of the Monuments 8 times between 1958 and 1965. Roger De Vlaeminck notched 11 monument victories between 1970 and 1979. Eddy Merckx won the Monuments 19 times between 1967 and 1976. Merckx was the first to win all five Monuments and all three Grand Tours in a career. In 1972, Merckx won Milan-San Remo, Liege-Bastogne-Liege, Giro di Lombardia, the Tour de France and ththe Tour de France and the Giro d'Italia. Sean Kelly had 9 victories in four of the monuments, but was never able to pull off a win in De Ronde, finishing second in 1984, 1986, and 1987.
